If you are interested in working with us, please fill out the form on the client application page. We will reach out to schedule a consultation call during which we will discuss your project. Then we will send a customized proposal containing a timeline, cost, payment plans, and package details. From there, once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid you will receive an access to the client portal and we will begin working together.

Please note: We only book a limited number of clients at a time in order to give the attention to each project that it deserves. Due to this, we book projects at least 1-3 months in advance.

I like to break projects down into payment plans to (1) make the investment a little easier for you and (2) keep the project moving with regular payments. Your first payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule. If you wait to pay this, you will risk losing your spot and being pushed to a later start date. Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. Please note that these payments are scheduled by date, NOT by milestones in the project. I do t his to avoid delays + keep the project moving. All of your payments will be made online via Cash or Check.  

Please note: if choosing a monthly payment plan that extends past the end of your project period, The Studio will not release all of your design assets until paid in full. For websites; ownership of the site will not be transferred until paid in full.

We always tell clients that we welcome their ideas and preferences; we use them for discussion points while we create their brand strategy and mood board, but it’s imperative to keep in mind that the ultimate end goal is to create a visual brand that is best for their business, and that may mean straying from their original idea. If all the client is hoping for is bring their exact vision to life, we’re probably not the right fit for them.

For websites: you are responsible for your Hosting plan. You can pay monthly or annually. You are also responsible for paying for your domain. A list of what is not included will be provided for you in the project proposal.

That is not a problem at all! We have our standard packages, but we are more than willing to create a custom package to fit your needs better! This would be done in our proposal stage.

Once the final invoice is paid, your files will be delivered in a zipped folder via Dropbox, WeTransfer or email!
